UAE e-invoicing accredited service providers: the full list and how to choose one
What does an accredited service provider do?
An ASP transmits your invoices to the government e-invoicing network in the mandated data format (the ministry calls it PINT AE) and routes them to your customer's own provider. The UAE runs a five-corner model on the Peppol network: your business is corner 1, your ASP is corner 2, your customer's ASP is corner 3, your customer is corner 4, and the tax authority receives the invoice data as corner 5. Only an accredited provider can connect to this network on your behalf.
You do not submit invoices to the government yourself, and a PDF or paper invoice on its own will not count as an e-invoice once your phase is live.
What does the ASP not do?
An ASP does not fix your data. Your invoices still live in Zoho Books, Tally, Odoo, QuickBooks, Focus or a spreadsheet, and they have to be complete before any provider can transmit them: the right customer TRN, structured item codes, a tax category on every line, and consistent customer details. That mapping and cleanup is where most implementations stall, and it is our work. We do not sell the pipe an ASP already sells; we make what you already run ready to flow through it. Our e-invoicing readiness checklist lists the fields to check first.
Want us to check your invoices before you appoint a provider?
Free 30-minute call. We trace one of your real invoices back to where each field comes from and tell you what has to change before any accredited provider can accept it.
Already use one of these tools?
Zoho Software Trading LLC and Tally Software Solutions FZCO are on the accredited list, and Focus Softnet and Wafeq FZ-LLC are on the pre-approved list. If your business already runs on one of those, you will most likely connect through your own vendor's accreditation rather than appoint a separate provider, and the question becomes whether your invoice data is clean, not which ASP to pick. Defmacro Software DMCC, trading as ClearTax, is a common add-on for businesses on other accounting systems. We are not ranking or recommending any provider here; these are facts from the published list only.
How does the rollout timeline work?
The ministry publishes the phase dates on its e-invoicing pages. As we read them: businesses with revenue at or above AED 50 million appoint an accredited provider by 30 October 2026 and go live on 1 January 2027. Businesses below AED 50 million appoint by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027. Government entities appoint by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 October 2027. A voluntary pilot opened on 1 July 2026. Business-to-business and business-to-government invoices are in scope first; consumer sales are not covered by the current mandate. The appointment deadline has already moved once, so confirm your own phase against the source page before you commit to a date.
Five questions to ask a provider before signing
- How does it connect to your accounting system? Ask for the exact method for Zoho, Tally, Odoo, QuickBooks, Focus or whatever you run, and whether it is a native connection or a manual export.
- What happens to a rejected invoice? Ask who sees the rejection, how fast, and whether it comes back into your system or has to be re-keyed by hand.
- Where are the records kept, and for how long? E-invoices carry retention requirements; ask where the archive lives and who can reach it if you leave the provider.
- Is pricing per invoice or flat? Ask for the rate structure and how it scales with your volume; the two models suit very different businesses.
- Is support in the UAE? Ask about response times and whether support runs in your working hours.

Frequently asked questions
Only if your accounting software does not already have one. If you run Zoho or Tally, check whether your vendor is the accredited provider before you shop separately. If you run something without a listed ASP, you or your integrator selects one from the ministry list.
It is a snapshot published by the UAE Ministry of Finance on 16 September 2026. The ministry updates the list periodically as more providers pass accreditation, so check the source page before you sign anything.
Fully accredited providers carry an accreditation number and have completed the ministry's assessment under Article 16 of Ministerial Decision No. 64 of 2025. Pre-approved providers are still under final accreditation assessment, so their status can change.
No. An ASP transmits invoices in the required format. It does not clean up missing TRNs, inconsistent customer records or untagged tax categories in your accounting system. That work has to happen before the provider can accept anything.
