Loyverse vs the Implemnt rental package: which fits a UAE rental business?

Quick answer Loyverse is a free point-of-sale app for phones and tablets, built to sell items in cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. The POS, loyalty program, essential inventory and multi-store management are free, and paid add-ons are priced per store, such as Employee management at about AED 92 a month. Our rental package is AED 2,000 setup, then AED 1,250 a month with a 12-month minimum and no per-user fees: we set it up around how your counter works, connect it to the invoicing or accounting software you already use, host it, train your staff on site and make up to 10 hours of changes a month.

Loyverse is excellent and free for selling. The rental package is for renting: the clock on every bike, boat or jet ski that is out, the waiver and ID before it leaves, and the right price when it comes back.

Which one should you pick?

What the rental package includes

Not included: the prices of third-party software you already use or choose, such as your accounting software, wallet cards and WhatsApp. We connect to them; their own fees are paid to them directly.

Ready for UAE e-invoicing

UAE e-invoicing reaches most businesses in 2027: appoint an accredited service provider (ASP) by 31 March 2027, then send invoices through it from 1 July 2027. We connect your invoicing to the ASP you choose, so every invoice the counter makes reaches it without retyping, and the ASP sends it in the PINT AE format over the Peppol network. We are the integrator, not an ASP, and the provider's own fees are paid to them. See the list of accredited service providers and our UAE e-invoicing guide.

What does the rental package cost?

AED 2,000 setup, then AED 1,250 a month, with a 12-month minimum and no per-user fees. That covers hosting, updates, support and up to 10 hours of changes every month. A larger operation, with many locations or a big fleet, is priced on its size after the free call.

Common questions

Loyverse pricing starts at zero: the POS, sales analytics for the last 31 days, essential inventory, the loyalty program, multi-store management and integrations are free. Paid add-ons are priced per store, not per employee: Employee management and Advanced inventory are about AED 92 a month each, and Unlimited sales history is about AED 26 a month, with yearly billing saving two months. A shop with 3 staff that adds Employee management and full sales history pays about AED 1,410 in year one, billed monthly. Prices exclude taxes, and some marketplace apps charge their own fees.

Yes. It is a free, well-built point of sale with stock tracking, a loyalty program, multi-store management and a large app marketplace, and its paid add-ons are cheap because they are priced per store. For a cafe, a restaurant or a shop that sells items, it is a strong choice.

It can ring up a rental as a sale, and its site lists rentals among the businesses that use it. Its pages describe selling items, not renting them: timing an asset while it is out, taking a deposit, collecting a waiver and ID, and checking an asset back in are not described on its site. If those steps run your day, the rental package is built around them.

Yes. Loyverse lets you export your customer list, so as part of setup we bring your customers, assets and prices across, then train your staff on site before you switch.

Anything your counter needs after go-live: a new price rule, a new exception, a report, a field on the sign-up form. Up to 10 hours a month is included. If a month needs more, we quote the extra before we start.

Yes. We connect the rental package to the invoicing or accounting software you already use, so every payment lands there and your accountant keeps working where they are. That software stays on your own plan.

Yes. We connect it to the accredited service provider (ASP) you appoint, so your invoices reach the UAE e-invoicing system without retyping. Most businesses must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027. We are the integrator, not the ASP, and the ASP's own fees are paid to them.

Yes, a 12-month minimum. Setup is AED 2,000, then AED 1,250 a month. A larger operation, with many locations or a big fleet, is priced on its size, and we tell you the number after the free call.
