EZRentOut vs the Implemnt rental package: which fits a UAE rental business?
EZRentOut is built for fleets that go out for days, weeks or months, often on a contract. The rental package is built for the counter: walk-ins, the clock running on every asset, waivers on the customer's own phone, payments and the end-of-day count, with one monthly price for the shop however many staff use it.
What EZRentOut does well
From EZRentOut's own site and pricing page, this is what it does well:
- Built for equipment-heavy rental: construction, oil and gas, dumpsters and trailers, medical, AV and event equipment, with unlimited inventory and orders on every plan.
- A live view of every unit: available, reserved, out, due back, overdue or in maintenance, with an availability calendar, barcode and QR labels, and scanning from its iOS and Android apps.
- Long-term rentals with cycle billing that raise invoices and collect payment on each due date, plus sub-renting, late fees and security deposits.
- Maintenance tied to each unit: work orders, service schedules and maintenance holds that stop a unit going out until it is cleared.
- A branded rental webstore and wide integrations: QuickBooks, Xero and Sage, Stripe, Square and PayPal, GPS trackers, and a 7-day free trial with no card needed.

Which one should you pick?
- Pick EZRentOut if you rent heavy or high-value equipment out for days, weeks or months, need maintenance work orders, cycle billing and GPS tracking, and have a team ready to set it up and run it yourselves.
- Pick the rental package if most customers walk up to your counter and rent by the hour or the day, a team runs that counter, and you want one monthly price with the setup and the changes done for you.

Ready for UAE e-invoicing
UAE e-invoicing reaches most businesses in 2027: appoint an accredited service provider (ASP) by 31 March 2027, then send invoices through it from 1 July 2027. We connect your invoicing to the ASP you choose, so every invoice the counter makes reaches it without retyping, and the ASP sends it in the PINT AE format over the Peppol network. We are the integrator, not an ASP, and the provider's own fees are paid to them. See the list of accredited service providers and our UAE e-invoicing guide.
What does the rental package cost?
AED 2,000 setup, then AED 1,250 a month, with a 12-month minimum and no per-user fees. That covers hosting, updates, support and up to 10 hours of changes every month. A larger operation, with many locations or a big fleet, is priced on its size after the free call.

Common questions
EZRentOut pricing on its own page lists two plans, both billed annually: Growth at about AED 1,465 a month with 4 users and 1 location, and Premium at about AED 1,833 a month with 6 users and 2 locations. Each extra user is about AED 73 a month, and Enterprise is priced by quote. Over a year that is about AED 17,600 for Growth and about AED 22,000 for Premium. Its site says it does not offer refunds, and the free trial runs 7 days.
Yes. It tracks every unit from booking to return, handles long-term rentals with cycle billing, ties maintenance to each unit, and connects to QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, the main payment gateways and GPS trackers. For an equipment rental company with a large fleet out on contracts, it is a strong choice.
In year one, by a little: AED 17,000 including setup, against about AED 17,600 for Growth with 4 users and about AED 22,000 for Premium with 6 users. From year two, ours is AED 15,000 a year. Each extra EZRentOut user adds about AED 880 a year, and ours has no per-user fees. The bigger difference is who does the work: we set it up, host it, train your staff and make the changes.
Yes. As part of setup we bring your assets, prices and customer list across, then train your staff on site before you switch.
Anything your counter needs after go-live: a new price rule, a new exception, a report, a field on the sign-up form. Up to 10 hours a month is included. If a month needs more, we quote the extra before we start.
Yes. We connect the rental package to the invoicing or accounting software you already use, so every payment lands there and your accountant keeps working where they are. That software stays on your own plan.
Yes. We connect it to the accredited service provider (ASP) you appoint, so your invoices reach the UAE e-invoicing system without retyping. Most businesses must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027 and go live on 1 July 2027. We are the integrator, not the ASP, and the ASP's own fees are paid to them.
Yes, a 12-month minimum. Setup is AED 2,000, then AED 1,250 a month. A larger operation, with many locations or a big fleet, is priced on its size, and we tell you the number after the free call.
